Robsessed is honored to be featured in the Paley Center for Media’s Vampire Festival Friday November 13th  through Sunday November 15th, 2009.  The Entertainment Weekly sponsored event will screen Robsessed on Saturday,  November 14th at 4pm, immediately after a panel discussion. 

The festival explores the mainstream explosion of Vampires, focusing on yours truly, Robert Pattinson, just the subject of the all-access doc.

September, 2009- Waveriders wins the prestigious Surfer Poll Award for Best Documentary.  The yearly event is often considered the Academy Awards of Surfing and Waveriders, which takes a look at the Irish surf culture, was the first ever European recipient of the award.  The acclaimed judges consist of Surfer Magazine Editorial staff, major surf filmmakers, and World Champion surfers, who named Waveriders “the most gripping and artful story of the bunch”.

Boldly crafted into a creepy yet darkly funny, this urban nightmare will lurk in your memory.  Tony tells the story of a lonely man who finds his main companionship in classic 80s action movies he owns on VHS.  That does not stop socially awkward Tony from trying to make (and keep) some real friends, for instance, a group of drug dealers who frequent his neighborhood and the women who advertise their services in Soho call boxes. But when a local child goes missing, his odd lifestyle begins to attract attention – Will his secrets be exposed?  

TONY received its world premiere at Edinburgh Film Festival 2009.  Coming to the US in 2010.
