Beautiful Losers is the story of a group of skaters who took over the world without ever conforming.

In the early 1990s a loose-knit group of like-minded outsiders found common ground and began creating art rooted in the DIY subcultures of skateboarding, surf, punk, hip hop and graffiti. This group has now become a movement that has been transforming pop culture, with the artists since creating work for major consumer brands worldwide without ever straying from their counterculture origins.

Featuring Ed Templeton (Pro skater for New Deal Skate Boards), Harmony Korine (writer of cult hit Kids) and Mike Mills (designer of cover art for Beck, the Beastie Boys and Sonic Youth). Also starring Barry McGee, Chris Johanson, Geoff McFetridge, Jo Jackson, Margaret Kilgallen, Stephen Powers, Thomas Campbell and Shepard Fairey.
